Willamina Modern Apothecary is borne from the culmination of these two beliefs. Created (in my own home that looks nothing like a factory, with many ingredients grown in my own garden that also looks nothing like a factory) by me, Willow Light. Each of my products combine common-sense wisdom with the proven science of phyto (plant) and aromatherapy. They're 100% natural, organic and local whenever possible, paraben-free and loaded with a knowledge of essential oil goodness that comes from more than 20 years as a nutritionist, herbalist, aromatherapist, licensed Esthetician and training in massage therapy.
Admittedly, I'm not a marketing person. I'm a healer, having touched literally thousands of different bodies, learning how each body and skin type responds individually to my unique, common-sense treatments and creating these products to foster whole body wellness. In a world where chemicals seem to rule the beauty industry and harm those I love dearly, I thought it time to share my secrets; both with the products you'll find here and through simple, effective recipes found on this website that you can make in your own home.
